Registration Hours

  • Wednesday, September 18: 12:30 - 6 PM 
  • Thursday, September 19: 6:30 AM - 6 PM 
  • Friday, September 20: 6:30 AM - 6 PM 
  • Saturday, September 21: 6:30 AM - 1 PM

Registration is located in the Midway West Foyer on the First Floor. Use the bar code emailed to all attendees on Monday, September 16 to expedite your check-in process.

Accessing the Conference App

  • Download the free EventScribe app to access the latest schedule and other conference information
  • Search for the event name “ASBH 2024 Annual Conference”
  • If you used the app last year, click on the icon in the upper right, then click “Choose other event” under the Event List section.

Food and Drink

Thursday, September 19

  • Breakfast (7 - 9 AM): A continential breakfast, coffee, and tea are available in the Midway West Foyer (First Floor). Breakfast will also be provided outside of the Welcome to ASBH! session outside Regency C (First Floor). 
  • Morning Break (10:15 - 10:45 AM): Between your morning sessions, you can grab coffee or tea in the Midway West Foyer (First Floor). 
  • Opening Luncheon (1:15 - 2:45 PM): Join us in the Networking Hall (Midway West, First Floor) for our annual Opening Luncheon! Grab a boxed lunch, enjoy the music, or play a few games with your fellow members! 
  • Afternoon Break (4 - 4:30 PM): Coffee and iced tea will be available in the Networking Hall (Midway West, First Floor). 

Friday, September 20

  • Breakfast (7 - 9 AM): Start your day with a continental breakfast, coffee, and tea in the Networking Hall (Midway West, First Floor). 
  • Morning Break (9:45 - 10:15 AM): Grab coffee or tae in between sessions in the Networking Hall (Midway West, First Floor). 
  • Lunch On Own (12:45 - 2 PM): Grab lunch on your own or with your fellow attendees during this break! See the "Local Options" tab on this page to learn more about the nearby choices. 
  • Afternoon Break (3:15 - 3:45 PM): Coffee and iced tea will be available in the Networking Hall (Midway West, First Floor). 
  • Newcomers' Social (6 - 7 PM): Students, first-time attendees, international attendees, and students are invited to join us for a reception to connect with some of the organization's leaders and newer members of the community. Beer, wine, and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. 

Saturday, September 21

  • Breakfast (7:30 - 9 AM): A continental breakfast, coffee, and tea will be available in the Midway West Foyer (First Floor). 
  • Morning Break (9:45 - 10:15 AM): Grab a coffee or tea between sessions in the Midway West Foyer (First Floor).
