Registration Information

  • Wednesday, October 22: 1 - 6 PM 
  • Thursday, October 23: 7 AM - 5:30 PM 
  • Friday, October 24: 7 AM - 6 PM 
  • Saturday, October 25: 7 AM - 2 PM

Registration is located in the Prefunction A space on Level One of the Oregon Convention Center. Use the bar code emailed to all attendees on Monday, October 20 to expedite your check-in process.

Accessing the Conference App

  • Download the free EventScribe app to access the latest schedule and other conference information
  • Search for the event name “ASBH 2025 Annual Conference”
  • If you used the app last year, click on the icon in the upper right, then click “Choose other event” under the Event List section.

Join us in the Networking Hall for daily morning and afternoon beverage breaks! Grab a coffee or hot tea in the morning, or pick up a soda or infused water in the afternoon.
