Support the goals of health care ethics consultation and the development of health care ethics consultants' capabilities.  Develop a credible, defensible process to measure the knowledge and skills of entry-level HCE consultants.

   Nominating Process and Structure

Diversity and Inclusion

Ensure that health humanities will remain core to our mission and consider ways to better serve our members.

Ensure optimal structures and processes for the Nominating Committee that will support the election of the best-qualified candidates to serve on the board of directors.

Identify impact ASBH will have on increasing racial and ethnic diversity within the professions (Health-related Humanities, Academic Bioethics, and Health Care Ethics Consultation) that would, in turn, lead to racial and ethnic diversity of ASBH membership.
